This clear plastic (slightly opaque) squeeze dispenser bottle may be used to fill chocolate moulds or for decorating with chocolate. The bottle is made of microwave safe plastic for melting chocolate directly in the bottle. Includes a small-holed plastic tip for dispensing the chocolate and a special coupler which can be used to attach any standard-size decorating tip. The squeeze bottle may also be used for mixing and dispensing oils, vinegars, and salad dressings, or for decorating plates with fruit sauces.

This is a great bottle for doing the finely detailed work on chocolates. It can be used to directly place a tiny amount of chocolate into the individual cavities of the mold or, as a finishing touch on the chocolates. Another way to use it is for (very carefully) filling chocolates with a liquid and then sealing them with a layer of chocolate. I used this on hundreds of cherry and raspberry liqeuer-filled chocolates. I also used it to place tiny details into a mold. A third use that I found is to write with it. When the store-bought candy writing pens broke, I made my own colored chocolate and poured it into the bottle. The tip is fine enough to write with and is much less costly than those pens.To clean the bottle of its contents, pour very hot (not boiling) water into the bottle to melt the residue. When it's running clear, add a bit of dish washing soap, shake vigorously and rinse. The tip and screw caps also clean quite easily. If you treat your supplies with care, they will last for a long time.
