This mold will make your truffles really pop when people see them. I have had troubles with little bubbles forming at the top of the crown but I don't think you will. I just got my new chocolate with proper viscosity for molding and I bet that the problem goes away. It is probably the nicest mold that this company offers. These molds are indestructible. Trust me, I beat on them with a hammer handle to get out bubbles and remove the chocolate from the mold to form the shell of the truffle. You have to temper your chocolate for these molds or you will be very unhappy as they will not unmold. Be very careful of the surface of the mold, if you scratch it or take off the sheen the mold needs to be re polished or replaced. This is real professional equipment and it is selling at a fourth of what it is worth.
